Kitzbuhel or Tirol

My partner and I normally enjoy our summer holiday in Switzerland hiking in Zermatt, St. Moritz or Grindelwald. Decided this summer to discover something new, hence, Austria (never been). Our 'day' hikes can span anywhere from five to eight hours, and then return to a luxury hotel. Hiking skills are nowhere near expert, but, we've been on some challenging trails.
Nightlife is really not much to us, but, we enjoy nice hotels and decent food.
Kitzbuhel looks awesome, but just noticed the Interalpen Hotel Tyrol which looks amazing.
Suggestions?
Thanks.
