Turkish Metro Card information?
Is anyone familiar with the use of the AKBIL? the Turkish metro card. Can this be used on ferries, trams, buses, train and funicular? Thanks.

I'm curious about it as well. I think it's just for Turkish citizens (like the Museum card), but I could be wrong.

Maybe someone will be kind enough to give us the scoop. I love to take public transportation in a foreign city but my Turkish is rusty.
