I transferred 24k Amex to Etihad yesterday and they posted instantly. I was on the phone with an Etihad rep and she was also able to see them.

I can't transfer points from amex to Etihad since Wednesday Aug 30, two days ago. The transfer is almost instantly reversed.
I can't see the error message, but amex says it's "partner system unavailable",
Anyone else having similar problems currently?
