We wrote a lot in one of the threads about Etihad's new system. Your new qualification period is most likely May 2020-May 2021 + extra 2 months of status validity.

! Nice ! Got upgraded to Silver
Back in February I flew LHR-BKK-LHR in C and credited the trip to my old EY FF. I earned something like 20k tier miles. To my total surprise, I just got an e-mail I have been upgraded to Silver.
Silver is reflected in my profile on etihad.com

Just noticed my Gold Tier membership has been extended to Aug 2021. My requalifying period expired end Apr 2020. But had no email confirmation!

Apologies if this has been mentioned before. I had some guest miles expiring on May 1, sure enough these were taken from my account. However, a day or so later were credited back into my account.
