Etihad AUH First lounge haircut
1. Does anyone know if this service is still free?
2. Has anyone had any experiences with it before? Satisfied with the haircut?

AFAIK it's never been free - I think I pay 80 AED (might be 100) each time? Quality depends on who's on duty of course - I'm happiest with Armin, he knows my hair type well and provides a great cut.

EFATO is correct hair cut is chargeable, only the shave is complimentary. However, you can use miles instead. Full list of prices here
