Missing Miles
My family flew on Philippine Airlines and credited the miles to Etihad Guest. No points ever credited. I am not sure if the issue is on Philippine Airlines or Etihad's side. Since all three of them flew on one ticket, should the retroactive mileage claim be done per member or they can just make one claim?
