Does EY have hold or cancellation on paid tickets?

Does EY have hold or cancellation on paid tickets?
I am thinking of booking a trip from LAX -> AUH -> MEL with $$, it's a bit pricy so I was wondering if I can place a hold for a few days on the reservation? Or if not, do they have a lenient cancellation policy?
I tried searching around and couldn't find a definite answer.

You can find all the different options when you go to book and also looking here:

For example, say you click on "Economy Freedom", you will see: "Free date changes and cancellation" whereas under "Business Saver" you will see "Charges for date changes and cancellation (varies by route)"
To my knowledge, they don't allow you to reserve the price like BA do.
