Help me burn 75,000 miles

Im struggling here, to get a hold on understanding all the redemption options. Or may be Im lacking the interest to learn, as I knew that its going to be my last flight with EY for atleast 2 years, as my work takes me elsewhere.

I will be flying AMS-MAA ( return ) somewhere in March 2016, 2 adults,1 infant. I just want to burn the miles in a best way. Miles + cash gives me a price of 70K miles + 720 Euros. Buying an Economy ticket & then upgrading to business for one leg is not possible I guess, as 75K miles is too little.

So what is my best option ? Sorry for being vague, I cannot put in a better way.

Oh dear. They changed the redemption rates on July 8 last. In Premium cabins, you now get less for your miles.

On economy, some routes are less than before...but this is rarely a good way of spending miles.

Perhaps consider some other trip rather than AMS-MAA? You now have the option to spend miles on Alitalia, for instance.

Sadly there won't be any trips . And Im sure about it,except this AMS-MAA.

I knew there has been changes since July 8th, I started flying EY very lately, thus the lack of knowledge.
