Etihad / PAL codeshare points issues
Etihad have had a codeshare with PAL for several months now. I have had issues getting my tier segments / miles with PAL flights accredited to my Etihad account. The 'retromiles' email service hasn't been very responsive (vs their own SLA's) and now I'm about 20k miles in arrears. Has anyone else had issues with this or have I just been unlucky? I have considerable travel coming this year with Etihad (8 round the world) and only slightly fewer with PAL but if I'm going to have challenges with getting miles I'll switch to other carriers.
