Availibility of A on Au flights
It seems to me that is it extremely hard to find flights with A not zeroed on DXB-SYD/MEL flights.
Is it because of EK being so busy? or is it perhaps a policy to restrict award and discounted A fares?!
For example from 7OCT to 18OCT, there isn't a single SYD flight with a single A available. Melbourne is easier, but most are on the annoying EK408.

I have been monitoring EK412 on a set of days in October. Few moments ago it came as A7, I immediately called the travel agent, and snapped the 2 seats.
Now it shows A0, and can't wait till October to experience the full experience of the A380 in F. Yippie!

I didn't want to start a new thread for this. I was looking at availability for DXB-BEY in A on a specific day in July. Well it shows A0.
I tried doing a booking to see how many seats would be bookable through Emirates website, and for 7 passengers it is available, for 8 Not available.
The flight will be a 777 with 8 suites in F.
Isn't it interesting how for 1 lone passenger EK's system zeroed out the fare class A?!
Would anyone have an insight into this? Thanks.
I am thinking of calling EK and having them request A to be opened up or something, not sure if that'll work, of if anyone else tried this before.

It's hardly about one passenger. You're looking at a date in July, so there's no reason to assume there will only be one passenger by a few days before the flight. Maybe they will sell all the seats. Also, the fact that 7 seats are available doesn't mean only one has been sold. If they plan to oversell, there could have been more seats sold.
