Short connection at DXB

Hey guys, i am booked up to fly from LHR to BKK via DXB in september but my connection time in DXB is only 95 minutes and i am a bit worried about missing my connection. Is 95 minutes enough time?? And if i do miss my connecting flight to BKK the next plane to Bkk is 13 hours later, so will Emirates put me up in a hotel for that time or will i have to sit it out in the airport?

Hope someone out there can help me.

Thanks

Mac

There was a thread about short connections recently here, an I am sure the reply as it will be fine. I have even shorter time in DXB, on the way to holiday, and I really hope all will be fine!!!!!

I think someone said that the lowest limit DXB would allow is 75 min. Sorry, can't find the thread now!

95 minutes is a breeze, PROVIDING your inbound flight is on time, and / or you arrive AT the terminal instead of a remote stand and have to be bussed in. If your in first / business, at least they get you on your own bus rather than waiting for 300 other people to get themselves ready and off.

you will be totally fine with a 95 minute connection - if you miss your connecting flight then EK will provide you with a hotel room (as its more than 8hrs) + meal vouchers

There are three ( someone correect me ) flights that leave DXB->BKK between 0850-0940 ... you can make it on one of those, in case your flight is delayed.
95 minutes is plenty of time at DXB...

Thanks for the replies, its good to know that i will be put up in a hotel if i miss my plane. I have transitted through DXB before but both times my plane disembarked at a remote stand and it seemed like an age to get to the terminal and then to get through security but hopefully with the new terminal things will be eaiser and quicker this time. I am on the 09:40 flight out of DXB so thats why i reckon i will have a long wait untill the next plane.

Really, I am sure you will be fine.

If our flight to Dubai is late, we are going to be in trouble... We have 85 min for transfer, if not, next flight to SEZ leaves in about 18 hours... But, I am sure all will go well!!!
