Website problem!
I currently have 6 different itineraries listed, yesterday I went to cancel one of the bookings, and pressed the "cancel" key underneath. I pressed cancel, yet it cancelled the wrong booking. I imediately called EK in Dubai and they were very understanding and rebooked me immediatley, but it took time, as there were 8 limo transfers involved and they rebooked the same seats. They did not charge a re-booking fee. I also told them of the problem, which they said they would look into.
I just wanted to warn others - just in case it's not yet fixed..
I also suggested that they store your the last used address in the limo bookings, or give you an option of storing a few address's for when booking limo transfers!
I actually like the site and find it user friendly on the whole..

And that's just between now and the Middle of August! Some interesting flights, the 380 in F, a LAX and a SFO, another 380 - but in J to LHR, 2 Mumbai's, the list goes on!
