Lounge Access Question

Does EK recognize it's airline partners for lounge access in the following sense:

If I am flying United from SFO - SIN via HKG, can I access the Emirates Lounge in HKG with my Skywards Gold card and a United boarding pass or is entry only permitted with an EK boarding pass (even though United and EK are airline partners)?

Thanks

I think it says somewhere, it has to be an Emirates flight or a code share.

No, Emirates does not have an "open doors" policy like BA does.

Change your flight to SFO-DXB-SIN

Cheers,
