Germany - Maledives

Hi there,

we are flying to the Maldives in February, currently booked on DUS-DUBAI-MALE in First Class (20th february departure in DUS and 1st of March departure in MALE)and I was wondering if it might be better to fly from Hamburg or Munich, depending on availability and a better aircraft? So newer/better seats?
Which would be the best choice? I assume my first class tickets are fully flexible to change this? (dont have a lot of EK experience)

Thanks

Change it to HAM or FRA if possible. DUS & MUC both use the older A330-200, and won't have the latest seats/entertainment.

HAM has one flight a day on the B777-300ER. FRA has 2 flights a day, one on the B777-300ER and the other on a A340. If going from FRA, make sure you book the B777 flight.

As for changing, it depends on your tickets T&C's. Most tickets should be changeable, although you may have to pay.

Cheers,
Rick

I would also do like Rick suggested. The First Class in the A330-220 is very poor and deceiving. Had it last time on my flight back from DXB to HAM, because there was an aircraft change. I think, it's not worth that much money, you have to pay for this.
Kind regards
Peter
