Transfer Skywards points?

I have checked some older postings but wondered if anything has changed. Does anyone know if it is possible to transfer Skywards points to any other programme - whether hotel or anything else?

One option is to use SAA Voyager instead of Skywards - Voyager points can be transferred to Hilton.

I already have the Skywards points. Are you saying I can transfer these these to SAA Voyager?

No, I'm saying you should have thought of this before you travelled and credited the flight(s) to Voyager then, if you knew this would be a one-off EK trip!

you can still transfer miles to SAA voyager I think its 6 months after your flight provided that you have the boarding passes.

I dont think you can do anything online. the best thing to do is give them a call and speak to a consultant. from what I know... They will ask you to post/fax your boarding passess and they will then sort out the rest from there

Hold on

the Op asked if he could transfer Ek miles to voyager

As far as I am aware this is not possible
he has already got the miles in his ek account I understand

so he cannot now ask for them in another program!!!
so the answer is NO.

You can't transfer EK to Hilton ...

AFAIK, the only way to get something useful out of it if you are taking a very small number of EK flights and will never go near EK again, is to open a Voyager account, credit the flights to Voyager and then (assuming you have 10k) transfer them to Hilton. From Hilton, you can - if you don't want a hotel - transfer them to an airline programme you do want.

Yes, its a massive devaluation, but 2k in, say, BA is more use to me than 10k in Skywards.

lets say you have both a skywards acount and a voyager acount but you want your ek flights to be credited to your voyaer acount.is that possible or would you have to cancel your skywards acount in order to do it

No need to cancel Skywards - you can use the booking management function at emirates.com to add a Voyager number to a booking
