A380

Hi all a new member.
Just a quick question, I have the chance to fly the A380 first class with Emirates in June next year. Is it worth the extra Ł1000 over business class. I flew it economy with SQ in May and found it amazing so the chance to go in a private suite just seems like the ultimate way to fly. Has anyone tried it yet. I found that Emirates business in February had poorer service than the economy on the SQ A380 in June and hoping the new plane might have a better standard.
Thanks in advance

Well, It really depends. Do you have the money to spend on First Class. Is it there, or are you really stretching the budget to fly first class.

I think you would be more than happy with Business Class, but of course, F is going to be better.

If you've been in EK's F suites before, then i'd say .... save your money and fly J as the A380 F is the same deal as EK's existing F product so not worth the upgrade unless .... you'd like a shower at 40,000 feet

I can afford it at a push but it would mean 3 weeks in a 3 to 4 star hotel in Thailand rather than a 5 star one. So very comfy flight versus very comfy room.

Can of lager later decision made business class and the dusit pattaya have been booked. 3 weeks of luxury is better than 13 hours of pampering each way^

Save your cash, not because you get to spend your holiday in better conditions, but Emirates don't deserve it.

Besides, the benefit/value you are getting during your stay outweighs that during your relatively short travel
