Pajamas in First 08 ??

Last post I read about Pajamas in first was 2 years ago.

We are flying LHR-DXB-MRU in a few days in First.

Anyone got PJ's on that route?

We received sleep suits BKK-SYD last trip but that journey was a bit longer.

We flew Rome to DXB no PJ's and DXB HKG no PJ's

I guess I am lucky I do not have to pay to check my bag.......

LHR-DXB-MRU?? sleep with out???

I have done the DXB-MRU-DXB in F and not received the PJs- althogh both segments are overnight-- I only received them on a day flight form DXB-SIN -- very inconsistent on the F segments I have had this year- from the amentiy kit to the "personal" towel to the PJs.

Ek Inconsistent

EK should offer pajama's and amenity kits to all F passengers on flights longer then 4 hours.

Even if it is a day flight, my time zone may be on night mode and I wish to sleep, so I need the pajama's.

Amenity kits - with all the security hassles at airports, it is so much easier getting one on board.

Cheers

Always have a pair of either Thai or BA jimjams in my hand luggage and if non offered then I wear those ,sometimes to the amusement of the FA's.
Also wear them in J if no F available on the flight and change immediately on boarding so to have a comfortable flight from takeoff.

Same here. Can confirm no pj's LHR-DXB-LHR. Seems to only be Suites a/c on long haul in my experience. And they don't let 'em out until after takeoff, so you can't slip into them in the bog while they get you a glass of Dom.

We actually got offered the PJ's prior to departure from DXB on EK418. We were offered the same from BKK on the way to SYD (We could have gotten 2 sets).

Did the DBX - JNB night flight in F, 8 hours and no PJ's. Crew said you only get them on flights over 12 hours.

Were you in Suites?

Also can anyone comment on the size/fit - are they on the large side?

I got he flight the wrong way round. I had the day flight down in a suite and the overnight flight back also in a suite. No PJ's on either service.
