I would expect something the same as the Singapore Airlines but less enjoyable from my perspective.
No doubt Tom Enders will postulate how 'great' Emirates is.
Followed by CEO or President of Emirates who will give a speech.
The A380 will probably be towed to the Delivery Centre and then a tour of the aircraft.

In watching the ceremony, the head of Airbus after signing the LOI gave the thumbs up for the camera which in the Middle East is like giving the middle finger He keeps doing it too as he walks down the red carpet.
The plane looks nice though.

Their 2nd generation suites don't look that impressive to me. Business looks ok but a little narrow. IMHO SQ did a much better job equipping their A380, let alone their advertisement.

Your guessed it exactly!
Enders? Did I hear something like "Insider trading"?
Now as to the aircraft interior, there has got to be something for every taste. Far too much glitz and gold for me! I like things simple a la SQ!

More information on the showers:
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
But Emirates President Tim Clark warned passengers could not spend too long relaxing under the jets of water.
He said: 'The showers are regulated through a software programme that gives people a five-minute shower, which is ample in most cases.'
A traffic light system would let passengers know how long they had left: 'If you're on amber and your hair's full of shampoo, you want to get moving.'

F ought to have another WC
Fourteen F passengers sharing 2 WC/Spa's.
Seems like 5hrs in, taking showers and "stuff", they may regret there isn't a separate WC for just F.
Instead F passengers have to go back to the 1st WC in business.
Or take the stairs down for one of the 5 in the Econ area.
I don't know.....

How will the dedicated Shower Assistants clean up the water after each 'appointment'? Or will there be some new technology that absorbs the leftover water and reuses it? Coz that would be sooo Emirates

Emirates first A380 took off from Hamburg this morning. Dubbed Eda, its estimated time of arrival in Dubai is 5.40pm. AME Info's Phil Blizzard is on the plane and was given special permission to speak to us live as it was taking off. Rob Jones reports.
