Negative skywards miles!
Hi. Just a little note - I topped up my miles for my aunt and uncle last week and booked them a trip AKL-BKK (which the Skywards service centre oversaw because of some problems with flying econ outbound and biz return). Skywards quoted me 60750 miles required, so I topped up accordingly. Now I found out that the accounts are in -50 mile credit (being charged 60800 miles) and I have a message from a woman at Skywards requesting I urgently call the freephone number regarding these bookings - are they to charge me another US$1.25, US$50 or cancel the booking??? We will see tomorrow
