DCA Lounge

I will shortly be headed to Lahore in a few days.

This time as it is a late visit, I am unable to get a seat in J class and hence will be using Y.

Therefore, as a Gold member, I understand if you fly Y then EK prefer you to utilse the DCA lounge?

Is my understanding correct regards this...or should I try and enter the J class EK lounge....with Boarding Card..

Or I could use my charm and get a lounge invite from my departing station and get in??? :-)

Any assistance appreciated...

It took me a while to work out you weren't talking about a lounge at Washington National airport.

You can always try, but I think they will turn you away even with an invitation - the lounge has been PACKED the last few months and they really can't afford to let 'extra' people in.

If you are on a J class ticket but have one segment in Y because of lack of availability, you should be able to get in - I have done this before.

Cheers,

Thanks everyone.

However, I think I have managed to secure a J class seat DXB/KHI so all happy days now!
