Emergency landing in OTP - more details?

Emergency landing in OTP - more details?
Just landed at OTP and was surprised to see an EK 330 (I think - I was sitting at the wrong side of the plane) with a fully lit interior and parked at a remote stand.
Later in the car there was the news on the radio and with my rather basic Romanian managed to unerstand that this was an emergency landing.
Couldn't figure out the route it was flying nor the reason for the emergency. FWIW the plane seemed to have a proper staircase attached.
Anyone have more info?
