Does anyone know how long it takes EK to credit missing miles for interupted travel?

Due to an overnight delay I completed CHC-SYD flight with Jetstar (EK rebooked me onto Jetstar). Contacted the service centre, sent the proof (why I need proof for an EK flight I don't know.. surely the EK computer system has the details!!!) This was at the start of June ... still no miles credited.

Then in3 weeks ago I missed DXB-SYD connection due to late EK departure from UK, ended up flying EK to Perth then Qantas to SYD (following overnight stay in CLOSED Perth airport, i.e no lounge access, shops etc). EK gave me miles for DXB-PER but none for the SYD leg. This time wrote to EK, with proof of tickets etc and mentioned the June CHC flight.

No miles credited since... The cycnic in me is suspicious as these missing miles are holding me short of getting (hopefully) to Gold tier.

I phoned service centre today and was told (rather curtly) it will be done when it is done!!!! Suggestions??
