E Ticket shows old date??

Hi All,

I changed a EK booking and paid the change fee but was never e-mailed the promised eticket. Called yesterday (1 month after change) and was told that they would send it out. 24hours later and I still don't have it. BUT, the strange thing is when I bring up my res on the EK website, the eticket that is attached still shows the old date. My credit card has definitely been debited the change fee amount??

Has anyone come across this before???
