EK does not have a dedicated lounge in Shanghai. They use the shared lounges. Last month I took the EK303 from PVG-DXB in First and used the generic First Class lounge which is the normal crappy Chinese airport lounge. Nothing special. Sodas, coffee and some bad snacks. The good thing is the First Class lounge is downstairs below the gate so boarding was very easy; no crowds.
I noticed the business class lounge was upstairs before the boarding gate.
Definitely no showers in Shanghai. Chinese airports have the worst lounges.
