Transfering miles

Does anyone know if it's possible to transfer skywards miles to either Virgin's Flying Club or Continental's One Pass? Any advice much appreciated.

Someone else will have to deal with transfering miles. However, do you really need to transfer? You can use skywards miles for award travel on Continental Airlines, Japan Airlines, Korean Air, South African Airways, and United Airlines. As I am just exploring using Emirates, I have no idea what award availability is like on the various "partner" airlines.

I am planning a major trip using Emirates. I am debating if I should get status and accumulate skywards miles or just deposit the miles in one of my other FF accounts. Any insight?

Good luck,

Oliver
