What can I relly do with this ?

buy 744 miles and us it for an upgrade: Middle East - Europe or Europe - JFK
or use them for a reward tix.

Depends where you are.
If you're in Europe, it's worth buying another 15,000 miles. This will get you an economy Europe-Dubai return for 40,000 miles plus the taxes. If you're lucky (like I was recently), you may get a 50% off promotion, so 40,000 miles would get you a business class Europe-Dubai return.
