Does the Skywards page to claim missing miles work for anyone? I have tried several times, and after entering all of the information, get to a screen that reads: "Sorry, there has been an error and your request could not be resolved."
which browser are you using? I have had serious problems at skywards.com when using Firefox

My experience. I tried to email them and got no reply. Sent a follow up using the online form at Skywards and still no reply. Rang up my (UK) service centre today - all sorted within 5 minutes. I'd certainly recommend calling. The numbers are here .Originally Posted by noble
