Hotel Accommodation
We're travelling from Sydney to Dubai in economy and then travelling business to Birmingham. We'll be in Dubai for 13 hours, will we be put up in a hotel. If so, how do we get this. Do we talk to Skywards. We're silver members, nearly gold.

Whoever booked the reservation is the one who needs to request the hotel. If it was booked via a travel agent, then they are the ones who MUST send a fax requesting the hotel room if one is valid for you. I am can't answer that part of the question for you however. Last year we needed a hotel in DXB and my call directly to EK was Always answered by 'your travel agent must fax us a request'.
