JFK-DXB Upgrades
I took this flight few times in first which was really great..
i am trying to book their special HALF MILES award for a quick trip to DXB >>>BUT.. what is the chance of upgrade to next cabin if am a gold skyward??
I always see them upgrade and fill in the biz cabin with economy class pax!
The offer of half miles sounds tempting but I never flew in their biz cabin on Airbus 345 before!
Any help?

On an award ticket in Y class (did I get that right?) it is not as likely as if it was a paid ticket. However, EK's planes JFK-DXB are often packed and EK does have some unorthodox upgrading methods - so you never know

What do you think my chances are on a paid "Y" ticket from DBX to NBO - for an upgrade, that is? I'm coming into DBX on a "Z" seat from JFK.
