Welcome to FT

Not sure exactly what you mean...

The ticket number is on the top of the itinerary receipt.

Cheers

In Sunday Observer escape section "what does that letter on your airline ticket mean" it tells you - for instance 'y' denotes a full fare while s,q, and o are discounted fares. I can't find anything on our electronic ticket that gives me a letter!

Try looking under "booking class" on a ticket booked on-line. On a paper and/or e-ticket (IIRC), it usually shows destination, then carrier, then flight, then class, then date, etc. The "class" section usually refers to what type of fare you bought. Hope this helps and welcome to FT anneh.
