Skywards redemption availability on partners
The question is where to credit 15K in miles flown in economy on Emirates for a onetime trip. The choice is between Emirates, where a 10K signup bonus pushes the total up, or a partner. The flyer is US based and flies infrequently. Of the US partners like CO, DL and UA, I think he'd choose UA if persuaded to credit them on a US partner aqnd forego the 10K. But, I wonder if anyone has experience using Skywards miles on UA, CO or DL and can compare to nonstatus availability for their own flyers?
