Seat Maps
Hi,
Does anyone know I can see an Emirates seatmap with row numbers and seat letters on it? The one on the Emirates site just shows the layout and I couldn't find anything on seatguru. I've reserved some seats but am not really sure what seats they are and the lady on the phone wasn't too helpful.
Otherwise, does anyone know decent Y seats on the A340-500? Ideally looking for bulkhead or to get to the airport early for emergency exit.
Happy New Year to you all.
Cheers,
Roger

when viewing the seat maps here: http://www.emirates.com/miniSites/Ab...Home/index.asp and click seat map, you will first have to choose which airline you are wanting to see the seat map for - then when you see the seats you have to click the button called 1A "show seat nos" this will show you the seat nos.
Good luck.

Thanks, I noticed that just as you replied! I've managed to secure the first row in economy for a couple of the legs in my LHR - AKL trip so am reasonably happy with that. Will try and switch to emergency exits at the checkin.

I don't think the seat maps are particularly accurate.
For example, on the A330-200 2 class configuration, the seat map shows row 28 as being the exit row. However, it's actually row 25.
I don't know if this applies to the other aircraft also.
Cheers,
Rick

This works for all aircrafts in the fleet, but not for the A340-500?
I think 16 in the bulkhead row.
Happy New Year from Germany too!
