Hi I am planning on going to the Maldives sometime and probably be flying on Emirates. I might delay my travel for 5 years in hopes of getting on a A3XX from LHR to Dubai but who knows. I was just wondering what emirates what like in C or F class. How does it stack up against other airlines. I appreciate any information that you can provide

In my view one of the best in the sky for C Class, and excellent for F Class flights of not less than about 8 hours (the only thing missing on the longer flights is a sleeper seat).

I say 'in the sky' as the ground handling is not that good in my experience.

You can get some fantastically cheap Business/First Class deals with Emirates through DNATA Travel (their wholly-owned consolidators) - last time I booked through DNATA I got TWO C Class LHR-Dubai returns including 4 nights at the Dubai Hilton for GBP 1,780.48. Two weeks later I booked the same flight in C Class (only a two class aircraft and it cost GBP 2,226.00 for ONE return.
