Max time free layover
I’m looking to do the free layover between flights returning to the states. I’ve not been able to find the max time I can stay in Dubai between flights. Can someone please provide max layover time?

If youre referring to Dubai Connect as your free layover, maximum layover is 26 hours, is says so on the Terms and conditions page
Terms and conditions | Emirates Dubai Connect | Dubai International | Emirates

Remember it must show as 'Qualify for Dubai Connect' on your booking summary when booking otherwise you wont qualify

last year we were able to build in a 7 day visit on our return. We are returning again this year and wanted to do a 10 day stay. Can’t find it anywhere and unfortunately the amount of calls into the call center is preventing me from booking and getting this information

Have you tried direct chat instead of calling?
I have found them to be very available and helpful in the past difficult months.

UPDATE: I was able to get through to them via chat. I’m happy to say I was able to build in a 10 day stay in Dubai! All told, 183k points per person in Business and will be able to upgrade if it’s available. That comes out to about 90k from Casablanca to Dubai (7.5 hr flight) and 93k Dubai to San Francisco (16 hr flight). This will be my second time building an extended stay into a points booking.
Here is to another great J flights on Emirates!!
