Miles transfer
I have Amex MR points and Skywards miles (previously transferred from Amex) Is there a way for me to transfer to my wife’s account so she can upgrade a flight, without me paying the 15 usd per 1,000 transfer fee?

You can upgrade your wife using your miles. Log into your account and using her PNR and name call up the booking. Using manage my booking, you will be able to upgrade her (subject to availability of course) and the system will use your miles. I have done that several times for Mrs t. Also works using live chat and the call centre.
