Emirates pricing
As anyone worked out how Emirates pricing works?
Last Thursday I checked a price from Glasgow to BKK leaving from Glasgow on the 10th January and arriving the following day at 12pm and returning at 2am on the 1st Feb. There were other flights available arriving at 6pm at the same price.
The following day I went to book the flight and Emirates had increased the price by 30 and the arrival into BKK at 6pm stayed the same, a few days later the prices increase again but then yesterday Emirates then included a flight that arrives 36 hours later at the cheapest price and then other prices increased. Because I have now seen the cheaper price at 775 , I will hold out for the price to drop, but when that will happen, I don't have a clue. I just wonder if anyone has monitored the pricing and understands how they work. The price of the flight is now 834 which maybe the average price. We have a internal flight in BKK which leaves at 4pm , so we need to be in Thailand for 12ish . On another note, is there a price history that you can see of a particular flight. ? Ps, tempted to book Cathay Pacific from Manchester at 717 but that 14 hour flight will be a killer
