Emirates upgrading
Be coming to thailand in may 2026 travelling with friends. We come home before them and thinking of upgrading to business class when returning from Bangkok to Glasgow via Emirates. Few questions regarding this.
Whats the best process for upgrading would it be via app, email or at the desk.
Would we need to do 2 seperate upgrades and if so has anyone did this and what would the total cost be per person for business class upgrade both legs via dubai.

If you look at Manage my Booking with your booking reference you will see the upgrade options - cash or miles - if available. It will also depend on whether your current economy tickets are saver, flex or flex plus, which you do not mention and which makes it impossible for anyone to give you an accurate estimate.
