HND immigration and CD?

Anyone know how quick immigration is for first class pax arriving to HND at 2230? We have no checked bags and don't know if we should use a meet and greet service.

Meet and greet services in Japan are unable to automatically fast track immigration. In my experience, they have to submit a request for fast track to the relevant authorities, who would grant the request only if someones status is acknowledged to be worthy (ie: having them stand in a queue would cause significant disruption and/or embarrassment). I have some (now rather fun) memories about failing to obtain the approval for certain foreign movie stars, who were clearly not deemed famous enough to be fast tracked and breezing through with others. It provided a fairly good indicator of who would resonate with Japanese audiences and who would not.

The meet and greet services Ive had have always been more of a courtesy thing (they walk with you and then put you in the normal queue). Back to the key issue at stake, queues at NRT and HND can be very unpredictable, but the new pre clearance system seems to be significantly improving things.
