Transit between terminals
Hoping someone who travels with Emirates or through DXB might know the answer.

A family member is traveling on an EK flight departing T3 and I am traveling on Qatar three hours later departing T1. Does anyone know if I can go through immigration in T1 and transit airside to T3 to spend time with my family member until their flight departs and then transit back to T1?

Not sure it's worth it ....... There will be multiple security screenings etc etc., a real pain.

A couple of years - just transferring from EK to Fly Dubai was a pain !!

I don't think it's possible. The airside transit goes from the arrivals area I believe, and you'll be in departures.
