Multi-city suggestions

Is it possible to book a multi-city trip as follows:
- Hong Kong to Sydney
- Sydney to Singapore
- Singapore to London
- London to Hong Kong

Yes it is, although of course not all flights will be operated by EK.
HKG-SYD will be routed via BKK, with BKK-SYD operated by Qantas. I presume there should also be a direct HKG/SYD codeshare on Qantas but I cannot find it on the EK website.
SYD - SIN will be operated Quantas.
SIN-LHR and LHR/DXB/HKG will be EK flights.
