Multiply miles

what is the reason? I didn't multiply for a few years.

Could be an IT glitch. I had something similar when a few weeks ago I wanted to transfer some miles to mrs t. A few days later I tried again and it went though without a problem.

when was the last time you earn miles?

I did multiply last year before I earned additional 4k miles thru flying EK, and saw a chance to multiply only those 4k miles until last month. I didn't take the latter chance, and now I'm not eligible anymore..
maybe the chance to multiply only happen for the miles earned in the same calendar year? maybe...

oh right. I last traveled in Nov 2023. My friend recently transferred some miles to me.
