Does anyone have access to the ability to check a frame registration for a 380 from a flight back in 2013?

FlightAware has historic data from 2011 onwards, however the offering is aimed towards enterprise customers, so I doubt getting access to it will be easy (or cheap).
FR24 business tier only allows access to data up to 3 years prior to the current date.
Not many places outside of EK themselves would have such information.
