Lounge Access Silver

Hi,
We have a quick layover in DXB and although I’m Silver, my son isn’t. What are the chances of him being let into the lounge with me for a very quick freshen up, before we board our flight to NCL?
On the way back we have 10hrs, so will happily pay for him to access the lounge, but not sure I an stomach it just for 30mins lol

Technically he is not eligible and they tend to be pretty strict. But if he is a (small?) child, I would think it is worth trying. Especially if you can show (using the BP) that it is just for 30 minutes.

If I were you, I would check into Dubai International airside hotel with my youngster

I did that last time, as I’d stayed previously when travelling by myself and it worked out really well. Unfortunately he just didn’t sleep so it was a bit of a waste of money because it’s really expensive.

Ignore me!
I had it in my head that the hotel was twice the price 🙈🙄 but it’s not, so is clearly the best option.
Wish we got some sort of rewards for it though
