What happened to the feedback form?
Want to give some feedback on my recently completed MAN-MRU flight but can no longer see the feedback form on EKs website?
How do I give feedback without the form? Thanks!
Edit - can see form but they say not able to give a reply to complaints?

I emailed them using the customer affairs email and as yet no reply.
Years since I had to contact EK and they answered within a day or so.
Has anyone had dealings with them recently?
