I am currently booked on a First Flex fare in A class, we've taken the outbound and are trying to change the dates on the return. I know Emirates has had issues with Expert Flyer so not sure if what is displayed there is accurate, but I am seeing plenty of A class available. About a week after I returned from the outbound I started looking at changing and was able to do all the searches online under Manage Booking. For some reason that has now been disabled and I have to call in. When I called today she said there were not First Flex fares available for November or December from JFK-DXB. Can that be right?

Is there a way I can search A class on Emirates without having to call the main line? About 10 minutes it was clear she had no interest in searching any more dates.

Could be due to the World Cup taking place at that time.

Called back and got a very helpful agent, the DXB-CMB segment on my ticket was causing issues so they divorced the segments and all is well now.
