Skysurfer miles
Hi,
One of my kid's sky surfer account has 29,000 miles on and 18,000 are due to expire in August. We normally put miles into the family account, but this one seems to have slipped the net. What are my options? I can't seem to buy miles, nor transfer in or out. I don't think you can use them to buy anything from their shop either. Any ideas?
