Menu not uploaded

I might be doing something wrong, but I can’t seem to load the menu on what’s on my flight .
I fly out in few days time . Any help would be appreciated.

What route / date? Then someone here can check if they have the same issue. I have found ‘what’s on my flight’ one of the ‘clunkiest’ bits of the EK website recently.

No, I get the message ‘oops, menu not available’. EK IT problem, I guess…..

Are you able to check the day before? I am sure they don't change the menu just on your flight.

I was able to locate it for your flight in the app, but I only looked at First and now the same 'not found' is showing for all classes. Must be a glitch.

This has been a persistent problem all weekend. Had been checking a few upcoming First class flights, and most were not available since saturday. I guess its a temporary problem.

I'm still having this issue on all my flights on an upcoming trip (DUB-DXB-MEL and return). Is this feature just broken altogether?

Just tried DUB-DXB for one day next week and got all three menus available.

IME, menus are only available if you search for a menu in the month of your flight. Menus for flights in later months are not available.

For example, if your flight is in May, the menus for May are not available until 1 or 2 May.
