Impossible to contact Emirates

Impossible to contact Emirates
I am finding it impossible to contact Emirates by phone on any number.
Just not picking up.
On Twitter,FB,Chat just an automated reply.

I want to talk to a real person.
Any solutions?

Have you tried the Dubai number? Quite a few people have had success with that. Use Skype or a VOIP service to keep the cost down (assuming you are not in Dubai).

Yes I have tried to call the Dubai number at all different times.
Unfortunately not picking up.
Cant believe the customer service is so bad.

Call the number for the local language of a country where English is not primary... navigate through the menus the same as you always would. Speak English to the agent who picks up...
