EK Flights to Australia
Hi All,
Now that Sydney and Melbourne have opened up for Australians and Australian-residents, when do we expect Emirates to load more flights to these destinations for 2022? When searching for flights in June/July 2022, there seems to be one flight per day to MEL and Syd. Pre-COVID it was 3 daily to MEL and 4 to SYD - I don't expect those frequencies till tourists are allowed back to Aus, but I would assume more than just the daily singles at the moment?

I'd guess it will be quite a slow process getting the A380s back. The "furloughed" pilots will need to be re-employed and go through their required re-training. There were also some pilots that were made redundant. Would anybody want to train to be an A380 pilot knowing that it will start to disappear within a few years?
