There is no mention anywhere on the EK website that you can use Skywards miles to purchase extra baggage so looks like it is cash only I’m afraid.

Ok so I upgraded from biz flex plus to F. I'm gold. I should have 66kg but it is showing 56 (40 for biz and 16 for gold). Is it a mistake on their system? On upgrade do I get First baggage allowance?

Yes, you will get the extra 10kg plus the red first tags (they don't always make a difference). What route are you taking?
